FAQs

The Concealed Power Kit is installed like any normal outlet, and your electrician should be able to provide the appropriate guidance. The kit is meant to be installed in your attic or in the wall (ex. on the stud above your tunnel), check code legalities. A USB-C cable runs from the outlet to the back of the Pawport door where the cord is concealed behind the wall.

As electrical installations can vary significantly depending on your home’s construction, local regulations, and state electrical codes, we’re not able to provide specific installation instructions or guidance for your specific installation. For this reason, we require working with a licensed electrician who can evaluate your setup and ensure the installation meets all local code requirements. They’ll be able to determine the best and safest approach for your specific situation.
