Pawport Shipping Policy
At Pawport, we make every effort to deliver your order quickly, securely, and with full
transparency. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how your order is fulfilled and shipped.
1. Shipping Providers
Pawport ships using trusted national carriers. Because we use dynamic carrier selection through our shipping platform, we do not offer the option for customers to choose a specific carrier at checkout. We automatically choose the most reliable and cost-effective carrier for your delivery address.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s destination. We currently ship within the United States only. We do not support international shipping at this time.
3. Free Shipping Thresholds
Pawport offers free shipping on orders of $250 or more (before taxes, shipping, and any promos).
4. Processing Times
We work quickly to get your order out the door.
- Standard processing time: within 3 business days.
- Orders placed after 2 PM AZ MST will begin processing the next business day.
- During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may extend to 5 business days.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within standard carrier timeframes (generally 2–7

At this time, we do not offer expedited or overnight shipping options.
6. Order Tracking
Every order includes tracking at no additional cost.
- Tracking information is emailed to you as soon as your shipping label is created.
- If tracking does not update within a reasonable timeframe, please contact Pawport Support for help.
7. Address Issues
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact Pawport Support immediately so we can attempt to update your order before it ships.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your shipment is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please reach out directly to
