Tunnel & Frame System

If you have an existing pet door, you can retrofit it with a Pawport Smart Pet Door quickly and easily. If you want to upgrade or replace your current pet door, the Pawport Tunnel and Frame are required for new, remodel, or replacement Smart Pet Door installations. In addition, the Tunnel and Frame are required if you wish to add the Outdoor Pet Door to your Pawport Smart Pet Door system.

The Tunnel & Frame System can be installed into wall or doors between 5/8" and 10.5" thick or more. The system adjusts to fit all of these widths depending on the thickness of your wall or door. Extension kits can be purchased to create a tunnel length of virtually any size. Email us at support@pawport.com for information on how to purchase extension kits. We strongly recommend seeking assistance from a professional to install your Tunnel and Frame and Smart Pet Door system. However, those with strong DIY experience may be able to handle the installation themselves. The Tunnel and Frame comes with a large, removable awning to help keep rain out in most typical installations. It also comes with a small turf floor mat, side liners, and an aluminum finish trim kit.
